When logged in go to Meet Ups and you will see a list of what we have coming up which is updated all the time.
You can search by location or organiser also.
You can then click on any meet up and please read through before you add your name down.
You will only not show if it’s a paid meet up which will require payment before we can check and confirm your place.
You will then get confirmation email when host has checked and been able to confirm and then you will show on attendees list.
Please go to ‘My Dashboard’ then go to ‘Tickets’ where you will see your list. Please scroll across to be able to see the cancel button to click on for that meet up, then follow instructions given.
This is verification that a host has met them in person which will give them a verified tick. If host has not yet met you then it will have a circle with ! inside it.
Click on Members and you will be able to then search by name, location and age ranges also
On mobile – click on menu and navigate to “My Membership” and scroll down to see “View Subscriptions” from there, you can Cancel and change the term of the membership and also renew.
** Please note**
– Re-Subscribe button will restart the last known term you subscribed to (monthly, yearly etc)
– Change Plan – Will give you options to change the billing term on subscription or re-subscribing
Yes, hosts are there to make your experience the best it can be, and you will get a WhatsApp message prior to attendance also. Here you can let the host know how you feel to see if we can help.
