The Beginning of Make New Friends was the start of the biggest rollercoaster I have ever been on in just over 6 years! To think mine and my mum story has helped and inspired so many ladies and made a huge difference in many different communities.Being an open book and sharing good and bad times, was me always being real to show that’s life’s not always a bed of roses and we all have struggles that some don’t share and struggle in silence. To be able to be my true self has took a lot of pain, bitterness with the world and heartache which I wouldn’t want anyone to go through, but I’ve found such an amazing strength and love for myself I never knew I had. Friends is something I struggled with growing up from being in the wrong crowd, not fitting in, and not sticking at something long enough to make new friends… I never felt like I fitted in anywhere. My platform for Make New Friends I know is my purpose in life and the family of friends that is forever growing is a place where ladies can feel safe, be themselves, not be judged and build new friendships.I always felt, and so many ladies I meet, feel the need to be a in a relationship and have a man to feel complete, and honestly it petrified me being single.. but now 10 months on my own and not jumping into another I’ve never felt so alive. One part of Make New Friends starting was from me feeling alone in a relationship, yet now I feel surrounded and loved being single..I love, love, but finding yourself and doing things for you and being happy is something I’ve been focussed on and I’ve never felt so free and excited that when I’m ready to meet someone, it will be the right person and surrounded by my good friends who I have found along the way ❤️Keep your friends close, good friends will always love and support you and be there for the good and the bad times with all the stories you have along the way and be there for your next chapter of your story 👌Lots of love Michelle xxxwww.makenewfriends.org.uk
